Brittany received her JD from Brooklyn Law School in 2017 where she was selected for the Family Law and Policy Fellowship, a two- year independent research program during which she examined the parental rights afforded to rapists and proposed the need for New York to adopt more stringent laws restricting rapists from obtaining custody and visitation of rape-conceived children.  Brittany received her B.A. in Psychology from Princeton University. At Princeton, she played Division 1 ice hockey and was a member of the University Cottage Club.
