Scarlett handles cases in all areas of matrimonial and family Law, including divorce, custody and parental access, support, equitable distribution, orders of protection and has significant experience handling cases involving complex business interests and intra-family financial transactions.

Scarlett brings not only excellent writing and researching skills to her practice, but also understands that in addition to an aggressive and zealous advocate, her clients require moral support and a calming influence who will assist them in navigating the complexities of divorce and separation. She understands that each client and case is unique and requires a specialized approach, whether it be through negotiation and settlement or litigation.


Prior to joining the Firm, Scarlett practiced exclusively matrimonial and family law for over eight years.   Scarlett received her bachelor’s degree in English from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2010.
