Brittany Roehrs
Brittany’s practice includes divorce, custody, support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and other areas of matrimonial and family law. She prides herself on her attention to detail, listening skills, and ability to recognize and articulate her client’s needs.
Prior to joining Chemtob Moss Forman & Beyda, Brittany worked at a large international law firm where she practiced white collar criminal defense and corporate investigations. Her experience in practicing this area of law honed her skills as an advocate, investigator, and problem solver.
Brittany graduated from Cornell University and Columbia Law School where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar. While in law school, she was a member of Columbia’s Immigrants’ Rights Clinic, where she represented clients seeking asylum and special immigrant juvenile status. It was during her clinical education that she realized her passion for representing individuals and is enthusiastic to have realized that goal through her matrimonial practice.
