Siobhan represents clients in all aspects of matrimonial law, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, divorce, division of assets, spousal and child support, and custody matters. She works with clients in a variety of fields, including finance, fashion, media, law, architecture, medicine, and tech, as well as actors and writers.
Siobhan believes that a thoughtfully negotiated settlement is the best outcome in nearly every case, and strives to resolve even the most complex financial and custody matters outside of court. But when litigation is necessary to achieve a fair result for a client, she will not hesitate to go to court.
Siobhan started her career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where she gained invaluable experience representing investment banks and brokerage firms in complex financial litigation. She then worked with the executive compensation group at Covington & Burling, where she represented management at private equity firms and media companies in negotiating executive compensation packages.
Siobhan graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and Yale Law School. She attended a Lycee Francais in San Francisco, worked in the Paris office of Sullivan & Cromwell during law school, and speaks conversational French. She is on the Scholar Advisory Committee of the Jackie Robinson Foundation.
